I am Dora, a T-Huis core group member who provides transgender-specific psychosocial conversations to support individuals within the community. I am responsible for hosting “T-Huis Cafés”; in addition, I arrange the organization of reservations for activities within our community at the T-huis. I also manage and answer the info mailbox to ensure effective communication and connection with our community members.
I work at Choices Support Center, at Prisma Utrecht and Kleur GGZ. All my activities are intended to support LGBTIQ+ asylum seekers in their social and psychological struggles. Including integration into a new society, exploring gender identity and sexual orientation. In this way, I help people to refuse unhealthy habits with drugs and alcohol in the right way.
Would you like to meet me? I often assist and host a T-Café on Fridays, or during the T-Huis Support Café on the 3rd Sunday of the month.
